
The Beer Glass (or Weizen)
This is the glass used for Wheat Beer. For Best Results do it the German Way.Carefully place the bottleneck at the bottom of the glass gently tip the bottle and slowly withdraw it as the beer rises in the glass. This takes courage!!!! Any air trapped between the bottle and the rising beer will immediately cause it to bubble over the glasss edge. Once the glass is almost full the bottle is laid on its side and rolled to and fro to produce the stable and beautiful froth that crowns the beer. You should wind up with a Head that is 1 ½ 2 inches high. Finally you can add a slice of lemon (or lime) and ENJOY!!!
