We will help you plan your dream wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, corporate event, or special occasion with one of our Service Plans we offer within the Tampa Bay Region of Florida:

Vendor Only List for Weddings

This is our Vendor Only List — giving you access to all of the Vendors you will need to plan the wedding yourself. It is customized for your use exclusively depending on your needs and budget and will give you the names and phone numbers for direct contact. All of these vendors are known to us and will be happy to work with you. You can be assured that they are among the most reliable!

Pricing for this option is $400.00 paid by credit card, check or money order in advance.

Elite Weddings

This service plan is specifically designed for the "Destination" Wedding. It includes vendor's phone numbers for you, based on your individual needs, so that you can set up and have consultations with the vendors directly and be part of the actual planning. Our staff does most of the coordinating with you, as time allows, but there is always direct input from you. These services also include our staff being on site for the day of the wedding as well as being there for the rehearsal.

This is a 30 hour minimum service plan and is priced at $3000.00. Time sheets are provided at the end of each month so you always know the time you have spent. Additional hours can be added at $75.00 per hour if needed. We have found this has been our most popular offering for the destination wedding as these weddings can usually be put together in the 30 hours. This option is payable upon signing a contract (one half due) and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event.

Deluxe Weddings

This is one of our full service plans. We begin planning with the Bride and her family (yes, grooms are welcome too) at the very beginning and go all the way to the end. We introduce you to an array of vendors for your choosing and you will make appointments and see these vendors on your own. We will always help to advise you and be there for guidance and assistance. You will receive a “Calendar of Dates” so that you will always know what you need to do by “when”- thus enabling you to get it done in a timely fashion. We schedule meetings with you periodically so that we are in the loop to know exactly what is going on at all times. We plan and do the Rehearsal as well as being on site with you on the day of your wedding to insure that all goes well and that everyone in the family feels as if they are truly guests.

This service plan is designed for those brides and their families who enjoy doing a lot of the planning on their own. They want the assistance and guidance of the professionals throughout the planning stages and the comfort of knowing someone is handling all of the details at the end so that everything will run smoothly.

Pricing: up to 80 hours, $5500.00, additional hours at $75.

Premium Weddings

This is a full service plan. We begin planning all aspects of the wedding with the Bride and her family at the very beginning and go through until the Wedding Day. We introduce you to many vendors from which you will choose who you want to work with and we accompany you to all meetings and appointments. Our staff is there to help you with everything and anything you need. We work with a “Calendar of Dates” so that you can stay on track with things that have to be done in a timely fashion. The Rehearsal is planned by us and we are there to do the Rehearsal along with the Officiant (if needed). Our staff is there on the day of the wedding to insure that all of our plans go exactly as you envisioned. Everything is totally coordinated with all of the vendors prior to the wedding day so that everyone knows exactly what they should be doing and there is nothing left to wonder! This day is designed to flow smoothly with no glitches. Our goal is that the Bride and Groom, as well as both families, will feel as honored guests on this very special day. You will have no worries - just happy memories!

Pricing for the Premium Wedding is based on 100 hours, beginning at $7500, additional hours at $75.

Ultimate Weddings

This is our A-Z package and includes everything in the Premium package plus our helping to plan the Dinner the Night Before with you as well as a Brunch on Sunday. These events usually take up a span of three days (Friday thru Sunday) and are usually at the same location. They could also be at different venues- that is up to you.

This is a custom designed package exclusively for you and your family and pricing for the Ultimate includes 150-175 hours, beginning at $12,500.
